Introductory call
We discuss your experience, specialty, preferred sessions and locations.
Compliance checks
We verify registration, identity, right to work, DBS, references and occupational health.
Trust credentialing
We support any local credentialing, induction and system access required by the host trust.
Scheduling
We match you to lists that suit your availability and confirm the details in writing.
Your first list
Our coordination team is on hand on the day and gathers feedback afterwards.

Having these ready helps us complete onboarding quickly.
- Up-to-date CV
- GMC or NMC registration details
- Photo ID and right-to-work documents
- Enhanced DBS (Update Service preferred)
- Two recent clinical references
- Occupational health and immunisation records
- Mandatory training certificates
- Most recent appraisal and revalidation evidence
- Medical indemnity details (where applicable)
- Relevant qualifications and certificates

How long does onboarding take?
Timescales depend on how quickly documents and references are returned and on any host trust requirements. We keep you updated at each stage.
Do I need to be on the DBS Update Service?
It is preferred because it speeds up checks. If you are not registered, we will guide you through the process.
Can I choose my sessions?
Yes. We match you to lists based on the availability and locations you give us.
